WHAT IS UNITI FIXED WIRELESS

Uniti use a mix of fixed wireless and fibre technology to bring you our ‘fiber through the air’ solution. To connect your home or business, we utilise an existing cross country fibre network and local telecommunications towers that are connected to the fibre network.

On each tower we place a number of sectors that are capable of sending a wireless broadband signal to a receiving dish on a mast that has been installed on your roof. Our installers will connect the mounted mast and dish via an Ethernet cable through an internal wall inside to a central termination point. Your router will then plug into this termination point and distribute a WiFi signal throughout your home or business.

Note: Unfortunately we are not able to sell VoIP services across this network.
