EOFY 2026 – Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. The promotion period commences on 1 June 2026, and orders must be placed by 11.59pm on 14 July 2026 to be eligible. Orders submitted after this time are not eligible.
2. Promotion is available on the Opticomm network only. Services are not available in all areas.
3. New services at Opticomm-served addresses and existing Uniti Internet customers switching to an Eligible Plan (defined below) are eligible to receive the promotion's discounts. Residential services only.
4. The promotion applies the following monthly discount as listed below for a period of 6 months from the service activation date, on the following Opticomm residential internet plans only:
   1. 25/10 Mbps "The 25" - $10/month discount
   2. 50/20 Mbps "The 50" - $10/month discount
   3. 100/20 Mbps "The 100" - $10/month discount
   4. 100/40 Mbps "The 100+" - $10/month discount
   5. 500/50 Mbps "The 500" - $15/month discount
   6. 500/200 Mbps "The 500+" - $15/month discount
   7. 750/50 Mbps "The 750" - $15/month discount
   8. 1000/100 Mbps "The 1000" - $15/month discount
   9. 1000/400 Mbps "The 1000+" - $15/month discount
   (each an Eligible Plan).
5. After 6 months, fees revert to the then-current standard monthly plan fee (RRP). The 6-month period is continuous and does not restart or extend.
6. The promotion also offers the following $0 fee router models, based on the selected residential speed plan:
   1. Nokia Beacon 1.1 Router for The 25, The 50, The 100, The 100+
   2. Nokia Beacon 2 Router for The 500, The 500+, The 750, The 1000 and The 1000+
7. In the event a customer changes their Uniti Internet plan to a Uniti plan of equal or higher value within the first 6-month period, they can retain the applicable discount for the remaining period to be served.
8. In the event a customer relocates their Uniti Internet service to another Opticomm address within the first 6-month period, they can retain the applicable discount for the remaining period to be served at the new service address.
   1. In the event a customer relocates their Uniti Internet service to a non-Opticomm address during the first 6 months of their discount period, they forfeit the remaining period of their discount, and the discount ends.
9. In the event the service is suspended for non-payment or moved to an ineligible plan or network, the discount will end.
10. By placing an eligible order, customers acknowledge that the applicable monthly discount ends after 6 months from the Activation Date and that charges revert automatically to the then-current standard monthly plan fee (RRP) thereafter.
11. A 30-day notice period applies for any service cancellation. No termination fees apply for no lock-in / monthly contract terms.
12. Not available in conjunction with any other introductory or promotional discount or offer and Uniti Internet reserves the right to withdraw any offer at any time.
