Lunar New Year – Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. The promotion period commences on 2 February 2026, and orders must be submitted by 11.59pm on 5 March 2026 to be eligible to receive the promotion. Orders submitted after this time are not eligible. Activation date means the date the customer starts their Eligible Plan (Activation Date).
2. Promotion is available on the Opticomm network only. Services are not available in all areas.
3. Only new services at Opticomm-served addresses and existing Uniti Internet customers switching to an Eligible Plan are eligible to receive the promotion’s discounts. Residential services only.
4. The promotion applies a $10 per month discount for a period of 12 months from the service Activation Date, on the following Opticomm residential internet plans only:
   1. 100/20 Mbps “The 100”
   2. 500/50 Mbps “The 500”
   3. 750/50 Mbps “The 750”
   4. 1000/100 Mbps “The 1000”
   each an eligible plan
5. After 12 months, fees revert to the then-current standard monthly plan fee (RRP). The 12-month period is continuous and does not restart or extend.
6. The promotion also applies a $50 discount off the original Uniti Internet retail price of a single Nokia Beacon 3.1 router/modem and a $114 discount off the original retail price of a two-unit Nokia Beacon 3.1 router/modem bundle. All router/modem purchases are to be paid in full at time of purchase.
7. In the event a customer changes their Uniti Internet plan to a Uniti plan of equal or higher value within the first 12-month period, they can retain the $10 discount for the remaining period to be served.
8. In the event a customer relocates their Uniti Internet service to another Opticomm-served address within the 12-month promotion period, they can retain the $10 discount for the remaining period to be served at the new service address.
   1. In the event a customer relocates their Uniti Internet service to a non Opticomm-served address during the 12 month promotion period, they forfeit the remaining period of their discount, and the discount ends.
9. In the event the service is suspended for non-payment, breach of contract or moved to an ineligible plan or network, the discount will end.
10. By placing an order for an Eligible Plan, customers acknowledge that the $10 monthly discount ends after 12 months from the Activation Date and that charges revert automatically to the then-current standard monthly plan fee (RRP) thereafter.
11. A 30-day notice period applies for any service cancellation. No termination fees apply for no lock-in / monthly contract terms.
12. Not available in conjunction with any other introductory or promotional discount or offer and Uniti Internet reserves the right to withdraw any offer or Eligible Plan at any time.
